In the Crumbl app, all store locations appear under the “Test Cookies” section. Unfortunately, this feature has been malfunctioning for several months and remained unresolved as of July 2024.
Email Announcement from November 30, 2022
On November 30, 2022, Crumbl Cookies shared an email titled “Exciting Cookies News!” This message provided details for customers living near Crumbl test locations about the steps to participate in cookie testing. The email outlined the process clearly for those interested.
Crumbl Cookies emailed customers at some new testing locations to share updates. Although we listed some of these stores from June 2022 below, many more have likely been added. We’ll update this page when all new testing locations are confirmed.
Crumbl tests new cookie flavors at select stores across the country. Every Wednesday, these locations offer a special “Cookie in Testing” for customers to sample. Customer feedback helps determine if these flavors will join the regular menu.
Recently, test flavors have included Cookie Butter Ice Cream, Raspberry Butter Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, and Peaches & Cream.
